Alessi Mark G. Lawder     John G. Alessi President Preconstruction Services (Ext. 107) Professional Qualifications Mr. Alessi is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He maintains his EIT registration in the state of Wisconsin. Professional Experience Mr. Alessi joined the profession and Altman-Charter in 1985. He has managed general construction and design/build projects since joining the profession. He is proficient in computer estimating, procurement, scheduling and cost control. Mr. Alessi is an officer and principal owner of Altman-Charter.     Mark G. Lawder Executive Vice President Project Management & Field Operations (Ext. 105) Professional Qualifications Mr. Lawder is a graduate of Rockhurst College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Management and Marketing. Professional Experience Mr. Lawder entered the profession in 1980 and joined Altman-Charter in 1984. He has managed all facets of construction projects including renovation, elderly housing design/build, financial institution, and church facility projects.
