After several unsuccessful attempts to complete the design of an expansion to their new facility within the funding limits, New Northside hired Altman-Charter to design and build their new facility. The building orientation was reversed to take advantage of the natural terrain and exterior building materials were chosen to match the existing building facade.

In addition to the large 700 seat multi-purpose room, which is equipped with an elevated stage, four infant toddler rooms were constructed with a separate outdoor play area, which is fully compliant with State regulations.
|

Three large individual breakout meeting rooms can be combined into a large event room capable of seating 150. The rooms can be utilized for conference style meetings, private dining functions or individual event rooms.

|
A full service commercial kitchen is provided, which is utilized to preapre meals for large banquets and meetings, or can be used to serve smaller breakfast luncheon or snack venues.
