The 24,000 sf building addition was delivered utilizing Altman-
Charter’s design/build project management process. The addition includes a new 10,000 sf multipurpose auditorium, a fellowship hall, new administrative offices, classrooms, and youth ministry areas.
|
|
Altman-Charter helped the owner develop their program requirements with immediate feedback on project cost, prior to the completion of preliminary design. This allowed the owner to make better, timely decisions based upon the functional requirements of each program area, building aesthetics, budget and schedule.
